This role expands much further than a Front of House role, it allows you to provide administration and support to the company ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator that is a good team player and communicator as well as being able to take initiative and have the ability to work independently This position will report to Head of Operations and Business Support.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrator will be:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Support other departments as needed
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
