** Reception / Administrator for office in Team Valley **
We have a job opening for an experienced Part
- time Receptionist / Administrator - who can use their fantastic organisational skills, energy and can-do attitude to manage the day to day administrative and reception duties of our busy office.
**This is a varied role and responsibilities will include**:
- Provide front of house support, ensuring that all internal and external visitors are welcomed, signed in and security requirements met (i.e. relevant ID etc.) notifying internal employees of their visitors and ensuring all contractors are expected and given access to their required work areas
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the office
- Ensure that meeting rooms are clean, tidy and fit for purpose - organising refreshments as required
- Oversee the cleaners’ requirements and any issues related to housekeeping
- Arrange taxis as and when required
- Ensure that all incoming and outbound postal requirements are met, arranging and receiving courier deliveries
- Assist the Senior Management team with diary, travel and expense management
**Skills and Experience**
- Good MS Office skills in particular Excel and Word.
- Organised and able to prioritise work effectively.
- An enthusiastic, driven, committed and flexible approach to work.
- Solutions driven, confident and friendly approach in dealing with people.
- Natural initiative and pro-activeness to their method of working.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative with supervision.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
