**We have an exciting opportunity for Medical Receptionists to join our Front of House team on both a permanent and bank basis, supporting various departments here at The London Clinic. The roles will be based in various sites within The London Clinic, based in Central London (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations) with a competitive salary and hourly rate for bank team.**

As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our reception, registration and cashiering areas.

**Vacancy 1**:Consulting Houses, Bank. Monday to Friday, and 1 rotating Saturday shift. 7am to 8pm.

**Vacancy 2**:Therapies, Permanent & Bank. Monday to Friday. 30-40 hours per week. 07:30am to 8pm.

**Vacancy 3**: Endoscopy, Permanent. Monday to Friday and 1 rotating Saturday shift, 40 hours per week. 07:30am to 8pm.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To provide a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients as well as provide administration support to our medical departments - Imaging, Diagnostics and Therapies
- To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff and visitors of the clinic.
- To maintain the high standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.
- To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to our patients.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a similar private hospital or a 4*/5* hotel / corporate front of house.
- Experience working in medical receptions or as a Medical Secretary would be advantageous.
- Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Good inter-personal, telecommunication & PC/Computer skills.
