**Responsibilities**:

- Providing specialist employment legal advice, notably with regard to employment contracts, industrial relations, TUPE, change management, discrimination, restructures, redundancies, performance management, absence management, and disciplinary, capability,and grievance concerns.
- Ownership and accountability for casework and emergency room challenges, offering both best practise and pragmatic solutions.
- Collaborating with other ER team members to ensure that consistent, objective, and commercial advice is provided.
- Creating productive working connections inside the company to support a fair, proactive, and good workplace culture throughout the entire organisation, including the delivery of training.
- Assisting in the creation of policies, comprehending changes to the law, and offering assistance in putting the right adjustments into practise inside the company.
- Assisting in the creation, organisation, and execution of team induction.

**Skills/ Experience**:

- CIPD Level 5 Certificate required
- Prior ER management experience (either as a HR professional or operational manager).
- The ability to work independently, enthusiasm, initiative, and motivation are required.
- In all interactions and conduct, be professional and honest.
- Resilient and tenacious.
