**The Position**:Trade Sales Administrator
**The Role**:
- Process trade sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as dispatch and production, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain an organised system for tracking orders, shipments, and customer interactions using our CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports, invoices, and other relevant documents as required.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for trade customers.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoices, deposits, and payments processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish stock as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to trade customers.
- Follow up with account holder customers to take payments and ensure their accounts are up to date.
- Manage delivery notes, including printing, uploading, and tracking their return.
**The Person**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a trade environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and databases.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the trade industry and familiarity with trade sales processes is desirable.
