John Ross Associates are delighted to have partnered with a well-established, friendly and innovative company currently enjoying year on year growth across the UK.
We are on the hunt for either an Administrator, HR Administrator or Recruitment Administrator to support, cover and manage day-to-day HR and Recruitment operations on a Full-Time Basis with Hybrid Working.
**HR / Recruitment Administrator**
- The role will be home-based on Monday and Friday - office-based Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- 40 hours a week - 8:30am - 17:30 with 1 hour lunch
- Salary Guideline - £23,500 depending on experience
- HR/Recruitment experience is not essential
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel are required
- You must be organised, proactive and accurate
**HR / Recruitment Administrator**
- The role will help provide day-to-day support to the HR Team. This role will be responsible for the administrative function on day-to-day activities. The primary activities are:
- Recruitment support including offer letters, screening, onboarding, HR set up, inductions, benefits admin and probationary documents
- Actively monitoring any absence that triggers concern and keeping line managers looped in, issuing return to work forms and managing maternity leave administration
- Actively managing leavers including acknowledging resignations, holiday amendments and offboarding
- Carrying out a wide variety of personnel administration tasks
- Processing employee documentation
- Holiday and sickness processing
- Personnel filing
- All other general administration as required
