**Principle Job responsibilities**
- Working from our site in Letchworth, delivering IT services to client’s requirements.
- Carrying out other duties as directed by the Team Leader.

**Responsibility and Authority - Full Training will be Provided**
- Preparing and shipping new and used Devices to clients
- Preparing and coordinating Devices for disposal
- Adherence to strict processes at all times.
- Responsibility for the upkeep integrity of all stocks.
- Receiving return Devices (for leavers and users who return old Devices for refresh or scrap processing)
- Accurate weekly Inventory stock taking at serial number level or ad-hoc inventory checks
- Record asset information onto Inventory Systems, maintain Devices inventory records and perform related reporting as required.
- Receive equipment deliveries and transport goods to stock room.
- Refurbishing used Devices to be reused (processing of cascade (used) or temporary loaner Devices ready for reuse)
- Perform data wiping of returned Devices, using agreed software utility, and prior to returns to Client Central Warehouse.
- Resolve any minor issues that users may have.
- Carry out quality control checks on stock.

**Skills / Experience - Requirements**
- Must be able to work to very high standards and liaise with clients daily.
- Reliability and personal integrity are essential.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours if required to support Stock schedule.
- Must be willing to work as part of a team and demonstrate individual initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous knowledge of working with computer products and data-bases desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
