Northland Controls is seeking a well-qualified Technical Delivery Coordinator, located in the UK.
The Technical Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the successful delivery, commissioning, and ongoing support of rack-level protection solutions across regional data center environments. This role ensures high-quality deployment and integration of access control and CCTV solutions that align with Northland's standards for physical security.

Qualifications
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage complex programs.
- Strong background in the design, deployment, and commissioning of access control and CCTV systems.
- Experience with high-volume deployments in data center environments is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a data center-centric or similar security systems role.
- Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities are essential.
- Experience with system configuration, commissioning, and support of physical security systems.
- Familiarity with rack-locking solutions is highly desirable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate deployment programs and support rollout activities.
- Develop and manage system configurations, ensuring correct licensing and functionality.
- Commission and support backend security applications (e.g., access control, CCTV).
- Coordinate site attendance for commissioning and support activities, including remote commissioning.
- Manage spares stock and oversee remote troubleshooting activities.
- Train internal and external engineering teams on commissioning and break-fix processes.
- Document processes and procedures to support program operations.
- Provide statistical data and reporting to management.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Experience with enterprise-level access control and CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of rack-locking solutions is a plus.
- Professional security certifications (e.g., ASIS, CPP) are desirable but not required.
Travel
Up to 30% regional travel may be required.
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the US or applicable region.
