Are you a creative and passionate individual looking for a new opportunity? Look no further An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Events Assistant to join us at Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP).

Your responsibilities will include managing business social media profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, & Instagram, where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining social media profiles for the business, creating social media content schedules, building followers and increasing engagement across all social media platforms. You will also assist with the company website, carrying out SEO activities to increase website traffic, maintaining the company website content and even image editing - cropping, resizing, other Photoshop work.

In terms of analytics, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring campaign performance with a weekly/monthly report, analysing data to identify the target market and optimise each campaign, as well as analysing the traffic and visitors to the business website and social media platforms. You will also use Google Analytics to collect campaign metrics, follow up and analyse campaign results, and deliver reporting and analysis of the campaigns and projects during and after campaigns to ensure that marketing is focused on providing strong returns.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- A good level of English both written and verbal is essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Flair for creative writing and marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Experience and up-to-date knowledge of social media
- Excellent customer service skills

Desired qualifications:

- A Levels (A*- E) or equivalents preferably Law, Business Studies and/or Accounting
- GCSEs (A*- C) - Maths, English, other
