An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events and Marketing Co-ordinator to join us at Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP).

Working with our external Business Development (BD) and Marketing team you will be working as part of the Operations team, led by the firm’s Chief Operating Officer to support the delivery of our overall BD/Marketing strategy.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Assist our external Business Development (BD) and Marketing team with marketing administration including:

- Social Media
- Website
- Advertising, both online and offline
- PR
- Monthly team marketing liaison
- Monthly reporting
- Budget reporting
- Law Directory submission
- Work closely with Partners and other stakeholders across the firm to be responsible for the ‘end-to-end’ organisation and monitoring of the firm’s event programme with particular importance placed on client liaison, event staffing and catering
- Manage the firms participation in external conferences
- Maintain up-to-date event list
- Maintain and use our Client Relationship Management database
- Own the post events analysis including capturing feedback
- Responsible for the planning and execution of all TSP office events with the support of the wider Operations team and Social Committee
- Participate in the Social Committee for planning staff activities and charity fundraising events
- Preparation, execution and clear down of all TSP events, with assistance when required from the wider Operations team

**Requirements**:

- Previous events experience required
- Strong knowledge of core marketing principles including campaign management, client relationship management, event best practice and use of social media
- Enthusiastic, motivated and professional
- Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills
- A multi-tasker who can meet tight deadlines
- The ability to manage both internal and external relationships

Previous experience within a law firm is desirable but not essential. We offer a competitive salary, depending on level of experience and ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
