**Who are we?**
Essex Professional Coaching was established in 2017 to create a healthier, more active Essex.
Together, our team delivers sport and physical activity provision in a range of settings that positively impacts, educates and inspires thousands of children on a weekly basis.
We are looking to recruit a passionate and caring holiday camp co-ordinator, to play a starring role in our vision of creating safe, flexible, fun and inclusive childcare and activities for children and parents across Essex during the school holidays.
**To be considered for the role we are looking for someone who**:
- Displays an infectious enthusiasm for sport, physical activity and working with children
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with both young people and adults
- Possesses excellent organisational skills
- Is a passionate and caring individual, with a professional attitude
**Key roles/responsibilities in the position**:
- Organise coaching equipment for all of EPC holiday camp venues ensuring this is readily available for camp leads in the week before each holiday camp periods
- Lead a team of activity leads to deliver fun and engaging childcare provision and activities across all camp venues
- Produce and report on the KPI’s for the holiday activity programme
- Send and collate parent and staff feedback following each holiday club period
- Plan, deliver and evaluate high quality, engaging PE lessons & extra curricular sports clubs in a primary school setting during term time
- Ensure all holiday camps are compliant with Ofsted regulations in regards to venue & paperwork processes
- Liaise with the business development team to support the marketing and sales activities for camps
- Adapt the theme and activities for the holiday clubs programme dependant on the time of the year
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications required for the position**
The successful applicant will:
- Possess excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Be an effective communicator with strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a co-ordination/management position within the holiday camp, childcare, teaching or coaching sectors
- Have access to their own transport, and be prepared to travel up to 30 miles of our office base
- Qualified to deliver physical education in a primary school setting, with significant experience of working with children

**Interview Stages**

2. Practical Interview
3. Formal interview
Location: Colchester & Surrounding Essex Boroughs
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
