We are looking for a passionate and dedicated support worker to join our team on a part-time (32hrs), permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

- Work Pattern: Day shifts (between 07:30am - 10:30pm)
- Our service is staffed 24/7 therefore shifts include working weekends & bank holidays.

**Where does the role fit it?**
Swansea Young Persons service provides temporary accommodation to young people age 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness. The service delivers intensive housing related supported to individuals who are ready to gain independence and a tenancy of their own.
**What skills and experience do you need?**
To excel as a Scheme Support Officer, you don't necessarily need previous experience or specific qualifications. Instead, this role requires:
