**Position: Building Insurance Claims Surveyor**

Are you experienced in building or insurance claims and are looking for your next challenge? If so Burngreave Building Co are looking to recruit experienced property insurance repairs surveyors to join its growing claims management team. We provide an insurance claims management and building reinstatement service to insurers and intermediaries.

**The Role**:
Due to expansion, we are looking for individuals to work alongside the works planners/schedulers You will need to have: Good organisational skills, a strong focus on customer service and have Knowledge and experience of all insurance related perils such as fire, flood, escape of water and storm etc.

**Tasks would include;**
- Surveying Claims
- Building a scope of works
- Liaising with Planners

**Experience required**:

- Knowledge of the insurance industry related to Residential (Home and Commercial) property
- Technical buildings knowledge.
- Claims scoping and management software experience, Symbility, pulse would be preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- IT literate with ability to learn new technology

**Role Information**
- Salary to be discussed on experience and skill set of individuals.
- Holiday allowance of 28 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Sheffield, S4 7JS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
