**Digital Content Specialist**

**Permanent, Hybrid working arrangements**

**Location: Basildon, Essex**

**Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 DOE**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content specialist to join our Automotive client

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing the digital dealer network and digital opportunities/technologies.
- Take the operational lead on dealer website and advertising standards.
- Distributing key advertising standards digital standards, website and social media performance data and reports
- Maintain, provide design and development input assistance (where applicable for all reporting tools that the company utilize to track industry and own performance by channel).
- To provide website design input, standards maintenance advice and development assistance to dealers and dealer website/marketing
- Support other associated system design input, testing, and migration assistance, as required.
- Work future projects to improve digital audit and analytical systems in cooperation with the relevant company business and IT lead.
- With the assistance of the relevant company business lead work cross functionally across the relevant department areas to help improve dealer website and social media customer experience and
- Assist the Senior business of Britain and Ireland Management and Field Teams with insight and performance related presentations and meetings for stakeholders and dealer
- To provide support to maintain the image Portal for dealers. Help lead new software updates and launches, ensure brochure and cut-out imagery is up to date and to ensure the dealers have access to podium documents so they can display vehicles correctlyin showroom.

**Technical Skills**:

- Microsoft skills - Good to advanced EXCEL, plus familiar with the use of Macro's, Mail merge, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Website User Experience / Content Management Systems
- Knowledge of key social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok

**Essential/ Desirable Skills**:

- Self-starter, with good analytical skills/problem solving skills, who is motivated to hit deadlines
- Automotive, Dealer sales and/or Marketing experience
- Experience in customer relations
- Ability to perform well in potentially stressful
- Polite with good communication and interpersonal
- Work on own initiative with mínimal
- Well-motivated and key team

**Additional details**:

- Monday to Friday (hours between 8am-5pm)
