**Summary**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Redruth MOT Centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their MOT needs. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments for MOT tests and other services.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Promote additional services through upselling when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is advantageous.
- A knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel would be advantageous although full training would be given.

28 Days Holiday including bank holidays.

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm

Friday 8am - 4pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
