**Customer Service and Office Administrator**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized, Customer Service/Office Administrator to join our team. This role entails a diverse mix of customer support and assisting the team with administrative tasks.

At Hydrospares.co.uk we specialise in supplying spare parts, chemicals and accessories for hot tubs. Dealing with trade professionals and retail customers.

The main duties of the Customer Service Advisor/Office Administrator will include, but are not limited to:

- Up selling to promote additional products or services to customers
- Handling customer details and processing secure card payments
- Dealing with aftersales enquiries Eg. Provide tracking & handle any delivery issues.
- Organising and handling Returns and Warranty claims
- Follow up with customers who abandon their baskets.
- Communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers
- Preparing Quotations and Price Lists
- Obtaining technical information and advice from suppliers/manufacturers
- Assist with all general office administration duties.

**Other tasks**:

- Maintain office supplies
- Log staff holiday requests
- Coordinate office events and celebrations
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Proven Customer Service experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
