A company based in Redruth have recently expanded their offices and are now looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator.
This role is is full time. The working days are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.
**Main roles and responsibilities;**
- General admin duties
- Postage, word processing, spreadsheet production and filing.
- All aspects of financial duties such as raising invoices and payment schedules
- Purchase order administration
- Working with clients, tenants and customers
- Working alongside service managers
- Telephone queries and complaints
- Weekly wage administration
This role is to start within the next 2 weeks, So my client is looking for someone who is available to start ASAP.
**Essential Criteria;**
- Previous Administration experience
- Some understanding of Purchase Ledger and Accounts
- Experience within a construction environment (ideal not essential)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team
- Ability to work alone
- Good telephone manners
