The join us as an IAPT Team Administrator. **Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly recognise the importance of Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) for our community, and Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is investing substantially in our IAPT service to improve care.

This is a really exciting time to join the team as we grow and develop to deliver a high-quality psychological therapy service which is forward thinking and innovative.

We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to contribute to the delivery of a trailblazing IAPT service across the County.

The West Hub based at Redruth will have a dedicated administrative support team to enable the efficient and effective function of the IAPT service.

**Main duties of the job**:
This role will supervise and appraise the admin and clerical staff within the locality whilst providing a consistent efficient professional service. You will possess strong administrative skills with substantial experience working in an office environment together with excellent organisational skills. Previous supervisory experience is desirable.

We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.
