Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a care home administrator on a permanent contract. This role will be based within either the Darwin or Blackburn area.
**Hours**
37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
**Rate**
Up to 26k Pro rata salary depending on experience
**Main Duties**
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to the care home. This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:
- **Meeting and greeting visitors**:
- ** Directing telephone calls**:
- ** Receiving initial enquiries**:
- ** Filing/ pulling PT notes**:
- ** Writing letters**:
- ** Minute taking**
**Experience Required**
- **Care home experience**:
- **Strong administrative skills**:
- ** Strong use of Microsoft programs such as; Excel, Word & PowerPoint**
