**What you’ll be doing**
The Customer Consultant role is **100% telephone based** and involves speaking to customers who are in different financial positions on a daily basis. **You’ll be part of a welcoming, supportive team within a fun, lively environment.**
The first five weeks in your new office will be spent in training Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. You’ll then move to one of our weekly shift patterns to ensure we’re there to support you and our customers when they need us most. We’re open Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm and you’ll work every other Saturday 9am-13:30pm. We offer a rotating shift pattern, up to 40 hours per week, including:
- 8:45am - 16:30pm ( Three out of the four weeks )
- 13:00 - 20:00pm ( Once every four weeks )
- 9:00am - 13:30pm ( Every other Saturday )

This job is ideal for you if you’re looking to kick start your career. You’ll have opportunities daily to make a positive impact in our customers lives which is incredibly rewarding. A typical day could look like this:
- Your time will be spent handling **inbound and outbound calls** from our customers.
- You’ll spend time assessing customers financial situations and supporting them with a tailored solution.
- You’ll write up your notes and set the payment plan up in our internal system before moving on to support your next customer.
**What we need from you**
We’re looking for enthusiastic school leavers with excellent communication skills, amazing customer focus, and a real desire to learn.
**No experience in customer service is needed**, as we offer a comprehensive five-week training program with opportunities to develop your knowledge, skills and experience. You’ll learn all about the financial services industry, be taught some valuable life skills and gain some excellent customer service experience along the way.
