**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handling **inbound and outbound** calls
- Providing **exceptional customer service **via telephone
- Tailoring affordable **repayment plans** to help our customers on the road to financial recovery

**What hours are we offering?**

We are looking for people to primarily work **9:30am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week**. We do have other shifts available in the evenings and weekends, as well as split shifts. We are flexible and working hours can be discussed during your telephone interview.
