**LOCATION**
This position is located at our corporate office in London, UK.
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a core member of the corporate Digital Marketing and eCommerce team and is responsible for supporting the team across all digital platforms, channels and activities. This role will be a key support function within the Digital team to achieve incremental revenue through the online channels as well as increase Aman’s brand awareness and conversion online.
This role is focused on the smooth running of day-to-day digital channels and platforms as well as supporting the team in the production of internal analysis and reporting to inform future projects and priorities. They will be responsible for contributing toward and implementing the digital marketing activity for Aman, as well as providing admin support to the teams where needed.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Digital & eCommerce team in launching optimized digital paid advertisement across PPC, social media, Affiliates and Display aligned with the brand’s image and tone of voice to increase brand awareness as well as contribute to the growth of direct bookings
- Supports with digital assets creation including creative for Paid Social
- Monitor paid campaigns performance through analytics tools and dashboards
- Regularly share relevant news, trends and insights with the corporate team to inform market strategy and planning
- Assist in the build out of an on-going website optimization plan to ensure UX, language and functionality is catering to the needs and expectations of guests/consumers
- Assist in optimization of the online booking engine platform and eCommerce platform to ensure conversion focused on consumer requirements
- Assist in delivering high impact campaigns and a strong content across digital channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Run regular web display audits and supports the Digital Performance Marketing Manager with analysing web performance data to identify trends and opportunities

**Skills, experience and education requirements**:
- A recent graduate degree, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills - detail orientated, investigative and persuasive. Good communication skills. Independent, good people skills. Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven English copywriting skills
- 1+ years' experience in a digital coordinator/executive role required
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level.
- Experience using content management systems - Drupal, WordPress and BigCommerce experience preferred
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign preferred
- Customer-first mindset with strong understanding of luxury brands - Luxury/lifestyle brand experience preferred
- Creative and proactive in thinking differently and approaching new initiatives
- Self-starter who has a flexible approach and thrives in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt to last minute requests
