**Job Title**: Head Coach for Girls’ Football

**Location**: Warrington

**Working Hours**:Wednesday and Thursday evenings, plus Sunday mornings (12 hours per week)

**Pay**:£15 per hour

**The Role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled **Head Coach for Girls’ Football** to lead and inspire players of all abilities. You’ll take charge of training sessions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and oversee matchday preparations on Sunday mornings.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a thriving girls’ football program, empowering young players to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Engaging Training**:Plan and conduct high-quality, age-appropriate coaching sessions for players with varying skill levels.
- **Manage Matchdays**: Lead Sunday morning match preparations, fostering a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship.
- **Encourage Development**:Create a fun, inclusive, and encouraging environment that prioritizes personal and technical growth.
- **Mentor Players**: Guide and support players to reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
- **Community Engagement**: Build strong relationships with players, parents, and the wider community to promote girls’ football locally.

**About You**

We’re looking for an inspiring and qualified **female coach** who meets the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications and Skills:

- A Level 2 Football Coaching (UEFA ‘C’) certification or higher.
- Proven experience in coaching youth football, particularly with girls’ teams.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- A genuine passion for fostering the growth of girls’ football.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Certifications in Safeguarding and First Aid
- Experience in managing matchday teams.
