An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Wholesale Merchandising team as an Assistant Merchandiser, working with industry leading partners and colleagues to optimise our trading opportunities through excellent product management.

**A bit about the role**
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of products to Wholesale partners, from order placement through to delivery.
- Able to manage and work to critical path deadlines, ensuring efficient running of the Wholesale department
- Support the team to deliver department KPIs (cash sales, cash margin & budgeted costs) by trading all partner accounts effectively
- Produce and analyse weekly, monthly and seasonal performance & lessons learnt reports, identifying risks, opportunities & appropriate actions
- Participate & present in weekly, monthly & seasonal Wholesale performance review meetings
- Liaise with partners and Wholesale Admin Assistants to produce & analyse weekly/monthly sales/stock/despatch reporting & issue to the business as required
- Work closely across the Wholesale and Merchandising departments to deliver the best use of existing stock to help manage stock levels
- Coach, mentor and performance manage a Wholesale Admin Assistant
- Support the Wholesale Merchandiser in balancing trading opportunity vs business risk
- Strive to achieve best practice with effective and efficient processes, reviewing as needed

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Previous experience at Assistant Merchandiser level or similar
- A background with a fashion retailer is ideal but not essential
- Amazing stakeholder management ability
- A flair in leading by example, inspiring individuals & teams to do their best
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to react appropriately to in-season trading.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, with advanced numeracy skills
- Experience of using different systems with accuracy
- Someone who can make it happen and enjoys a fun and dynamic environment
