A great opportunity has become available in our Wholesale team for a Wholesale Merchandiser to join the AS family. We’re on the lookout for someone with experience in merchandising, who has a real hands-on management style and the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results.

**A bit about the role**
- Look after the wholesale critical path, making sure deadlines are met to ensure department efficiency
- Support the Account Manager in managing partners and maximising trading
- Lead weekly, monthly and seasonal Wholesale performance reviews with the team
- Deliver on department KPIs and maximise opportunities
- Plan for and support in building new wholesale partnerships
- Review seasonal budgets and lead regular business review meetings with our partners
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and encourage the team to develop their knowledge
- Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts, defining business plans, and finding opportunities to drive growth

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Previous experience in a Merchandising role, in Wholesale or in Core Merchandising
- A natural flair for leading by example, inspiring colleagues to do their best
- Excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- A ‘make it happen’ approach and enjoys a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Genuine care for what they do and how well they do it
- An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values
