During lockdown we’ve re-platformed our site, introduced new payment options and enhanced the experience, not to mention giving our customers plenty of advice and tips on howto heat up lockdown life. Whilst we’ve had some epic wins, there’s still so much to do and we’re on an exciting journey to make it all happen

We’re on the hunt for someone who is passionate, super organised with exceptional attention to detail to join the Ann Summers family as a Trade Assistant in our Digital team. This role is critical in ensuring the website is fully functional, the productis available and optimised and opportunities are identified to really elevate the online performance.

**The role.**
- Supporting the Digital team with the day to day management of the website
- Online visual merchandising of the products
- Uploading product catalogues to the Salesforce platform
- Assisting the Digital Trader in ensuring that we are maximising all sales opportunities online
- Providing clear and accurate reports on performance
- Testing web pages, links and functionalities of the site
- Updating content on the site as required - uploading new product imagery, arrival dates, product details, etc.
- Day to day in depth review of all sites and their content pages
- Work with logistics and trade to send out products to be reviewed by our panel of testers

**You will have.**
- A keen interest in the world of ‘online’
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally with some exposure to ecommerce operations
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A collaborative approach, working cross-functionally to achieve a great result
- Great communication and influencing skills, able to build relationships with colleagues and management at all levels
- Natural flair in organising and planning, able to co-ordinate multiple activities or projects at once
- A proactive way of working with a hands-on work ethic
- A positive style with a level of resilience when needed
