**Fire Protection Contracts Manager| Permanent | Workington, Cumbria CA14 3YP | Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 15:00| From £45,000.00 per year plus performance bonus (both negotiable) | Office based with site visits**

Our client is Cumbria’s only Thermal Insulation specialist AND licensed Asbestos Removal Contractor.

Set up in May 2000, the company began with a small team of specialists with years of knowledge and practical experience of asbestos management and thermal insulation.

Over the last 3 years, they have also branched out into the supply and fitting of fire protection services. e.g., fire doors, passive fire protection, compartmentation.

Please note that due to the rural location on the edge of the Lake District and the requirement of site visits, you must have a driving licence.

**What will your role as a Fire Protection Contracts Manager look like?**
- Creating, maintaining, and expanding our client base
- Provide quotations to clients for all aspects of fire protection work
- For each contract, reviewing contract scope, terms, and requirements on receipt of order
- Co-ordinate work with the Fire Protection operations team to achieve service deliverables
- Create electronic job files for each contract which must include all relevant documentation from start to completion of contracts - everything from enquiry to invoicing
- Updating projects, plan, and schedules
- Preparing all RAMS (Risk Assessments/Method Statements) for assigned jobs
- Ensure RAMS and scope of work are understood by workforce before jobs begin
- Co-ordinate and liaise with workforce during the contract to ensure RAMS are strictly adhered to and carried out correctly
- Liaise with clients to collate and review job data
- Escalate queries to find additional work on site
- Identify variations to original work-scope to boost revenues
- Collating data and reports to ensure FIRAS compliance - ensuring timely completion and issue to the customer following site visits
- Liaise with Finance Team to ensure correct invoicing for contracts
- Maintain and grow excellent working relationships with existing and future clients to ensure their needs are met to expand network of clients
- Order chasing for multi sites and contracts
