Mobile Welfare Officer a mix of days and nights average of 42hours a week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing an ear to our workforce during welfare visits, listening to their concerns, feedback, and ideas. Providing support to our colleagues whenever it is required.
- Ensuring site compliance during visits.
- Transferring this information to the relevant documentation and acting on its contents.
- Maintaining the company vehicles.
- Supporting new site mobilizations alongside our Regional Business Management and Operational Teams.
- Further support the running of all our contracts supporting with recruitment scheduling of officers and other duties.
- Support developing and training our Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management teams around our Employee Application and Incident Reporting Techniques.
- Working hand in hand with our Communications Centre to drive Key Business Reporting and Service Excellence.
- Truly being one of a group of people who are the face of the Business amongst our Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management teams.

**Essential**:

- Valid SIA License
- Valid Driving License (3 points or less)
- Personal presentation of a very high standard
- Proficient level of English language

**Desirable**:

- Experience: Security: 1 year (preferred)
