We are looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our Digital PMO team and manage the day-to-day activities to support various teams in line with agreed processes. The role offers a superb opportunity for development of skills and knowledge across PMO, Projects Delivery and the Sky Digital Department.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide general administrative support to the PMO function
- Support the Digital PMO governance by scheduling meetings, issuing agendas, and taking actions/notes
- Support creation of presentations, spreadsheets and reports to various teams/departments
- Support weekly and monthly PMO reporting across various audiences
- Support the PMO team to ensure a comprehensive budget and forecasting is maintained reflecting planning and all resource needs. Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust project management framework
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in PMO desirable, but not essential
- Proactive, self-motivated and organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems
- Confident user of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
