We are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Internally, this role will be known as Project Manager.

You’ll have the chance to step up into a key role and directly manage a small team, contributing to meaningful projects that have a positive environmental impact, making the world a greener place.

**The Role**

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day delivery of water contracts, managing up to three projects simultaneously.

You will manage the site resources, ensuring your team is ready for the day, and liaise with clients to provide reports and resolve any issues.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, you will work with a wider team to deliver projects successfully and on time. You will directly manage up to two project assistants who will support you in your role. Furthermore, you will complete timesheets, manage complaints and escalations, provide reports, and support site managers.

Additionally, you will:

- Check site readiness and manage resources for daily tasks
- Handle client reporting, including run rates and installation numbers
- Oversee project budgets, keeping progress within agreed KPIs
- Manage communication with clients and handle complaints that may arise
- Work closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure effective on-site operations
- Ensure project completion within deadlines and allocated budget

**About You**

To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator - Utilities, you will need:

- Project co-ordination experience
- Subcontractor management experience
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Strong budget management and numerical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong complaint resolution and problem-solving skills
