**HR Project Co-ordinator**

Asda is going on a unique system transformation journey, one of the biggest in Europe and you can play a role in its success. The People Tower will be transforming all current systems to a new digital core, powered by best in class solutions from Workday and Service Now. As the Team Co-Ordinator you will support the People Tower team to ensure the People SMEs are engaged, organised and delivering per the plan. Programmes of this scale and pace require serious organising and that is where you can make a difference This will be a fast paced, complex project and requires resilience and flexibility

You will enable the delivery of a high profile end to end HR Systems project by supporting our Business Team with the delivery of Asda's future digital HR core including Workday (Core HCM), Service Now (Portal and Service Delivery), SD Worx (Payroll) and Workbrain (Scheduling). You'll shape and lead the coordination to ensure the People Future team and People SMEs tasks are delivered in parallel to systems deployment. Coordinate the Team's governance, resources, project timelines and the documentation of the end to end programme.

**Please note that this is a fixed term position for around **6** months.**

**Your Role**
- Arrange and coordinate the People SMEs related meetings, document actions agreed, distribute in a timely manner and ensure relevant project documents are updated
- Build out and maintain resource plans, org charts and contacts to ensure forward resource planning
- Manage vendor timesheets to ensure accurate cost and invoice management and track/report accordingly
- Create and distribute team updates and communication
- Co-ordinate all team events, weekly and monthly meetings and other team activity such as Your Voice, Recognition, Colleague Voice and Listening
- Carry out all other admin duties including diary management and holiday tracker
- Manage and maintain the People SME Teams and SharePoint sites ensuring all documents are filed in the appropriate location and promote active collaboration
- Collate relevant information to enable the People SMEs to meet all programme requirements
- Work with People SMEs and PMO to review plans and SME deliverables
- Follow Asda FPMO project management methodology and standards and promote the use of these standards throughout the team

**About You**
- You must have demonstrable experience in coordinating large projects and working as part of a team
- You will have a good understanding of HR systems and processes
- You will have advanced understanding and experience with Microsoft Office 365 business tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
