You will be responsible for co-ordinating the bid response process, organising and maintaining a tender library, managing a shared mailbox as well as managing our CRM system, Salesforce.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail is a key attribute of this role. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are essential (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and prior experience of using Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable.

**Requirements**:

- The review of tender documents and the scheduling and chairing of bid calls.
- The preparation and management of formal bid documentation for submission to both private and public sector customers.
- Managing multiple bids and tenders at any one time
- Creating professionally written proposal responses that clearly articulate our value proposition.
- Compiling, co-ordinating and reviewing proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, ensuring the final response is compelling, consistent, compliant and clear, and that the submission reads with a ‘common voice’.
- Organise and manage the company tender library to ensure pre-qualification and bid submissions are efficiently prepared and excellently presented.
- Produce the company/technical documentation, in accordance with the customer’s requirements, and to a standard which results in as high a quality evaluation mark as possible
- Manage the Tenders mailbox with all actions allocated in a timely manner.
- Maintain a Tender Report to aid monthly and any ad hoc reporting.
- Manage the CRM system, working closely with our Business Development team to ensure that it is always up to date driving data and compliance excellence within the system.
- Analyse CRM data and provide weekly performance reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer
- Produce reports to be discussed at monthly/weekly meetings at senior manager level, which highlights:

- General sales activity including revenue and profit
- Pipeline of upcoming opportunities
- To undertake any other duties as specified from time to time in accordance with NRG Riverside’s business requirements.

You’ll be a professional, dynamic and resilient individual who is good at planning and likes a challenge. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and be someone that can stay calm under pressure. You’ll be a team player who enjoys a varied role, but equally, be able to work autonomously.

You’ll have the ability to converse at all levels and have a passion for getting things done and learning new skills and we encourage new ideas, as we are always looking for our processes and submissions to be the very best they can be.

You’ll like to meet people and will be encouraged to get out and about to learn about our business particularly during your induction period, so occasional travel to our national workshops will be required.
