We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Design Researcher to join our growing Digital Experience team. You’ll be working across a variety of platforms and products, developing and gathering insights that reveal the motivations and behaviours of users using the latest technologies.

We are a hard-working, fun-loving, multi-disciplinary team of user experience researchers, service designers, analysts, visual and interaction designers, content strategists and web developers who collaborate closely to create experiences that inspire, engage and excite our customers.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Collaborate in developing a premium research environment using the latest user research innovations and methods.
- Develop studies focusing on optimising and experimenting with digital design for our various digital platforms.
- Assist in experimenting and validating design work conducted throughout our UX chapters and various markets, as well as establishing guidelines through insight validation based on research.
- Implement an extensive range of design research methods while integrating this work into wider new product and service design approaches.
- Collaborate in developing and executing user research studies with a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including user testing, eyetracking, contextual enquiry, ethnographic studies and surveys.
- Collaborate closely with service designers to gain a better understanding of our customers’ behaviours and needs and help in mapping out their lifecycle with high-impact research.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Proven experience in gathering and delivering actionable insights from user research for product development and optimisation.
- Experience with exploratory and evaluative qualitative research methods.
- Experience with quantitative methods like surveys and eyetracking or a keen interest to develop these skills (desirable).
- Experience in working collaboratively across teams and business functions, including senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Creativity and open-minded approach to research methodologies.
- Experience with modelling and synthesising research insights into different deliverables and visualisations -such as mindsets and user journey maps.
- Ability to synthesize research findings and to uncover and articulate insights that will inform and inspire design.
- Strong collaboration skills - you would be joining a diverse and lively cross-functional team engaged in cultural transformation and pushing the boundaries of user research in the industry.
