**Care Service Compliance Lead**

Right at Home Tyneside provides domiciliary care and support to a diverse range of customers ensuring they can remain within the comfort of their own home while continuing to live safely and independently. We are looking for an experienced Compliance Lead to join our growing team and take responsibility for compliance within our domiciliary business.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that the service we provide is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.
- Liaising and supporting our service managers and care staff throughout the organisation carrying out internal spot checks and observations.
- Meeting new clients, preparing care plans and risk assessments and onboarding
- Advising managers on any necessary changes required and advise with procedures and techniques to enable others to achieve the required quality standards.
- To ensure the company is working as effectively as possible with the aim of exceeding CQC standards.
- Inclusion in the out of hours on-call phone rota

**Location**:
You will be based in our head office, Right at Home Tyneside, Q16 Quorum Business Park Newcastle NE12 8BX and the office hours are 8.00am - 4.30pm.

You may need to visit staff, clients or attend events and you must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

- Experience in a domiciliary care business, building up relationships - Essential
- Relevant social care qualification(s) - QCF L3 Desirable
- Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail - Essential
