**About The Role**:

Reporting to the Head of Operations Centre, you will lead a team the Training and Compliance function within the Data Collection Business. Ensuring that adequate auditing and training is carried out to continuously provide operational support for both the Energy and Water businesses.

Leading the Training Team in designing and delivering innovative and engaging material, from the onboarding process through to technical training. A collaborative approach with the

Field Teams, Learning and Development Teams as well as any third-party providers is essential in the successful delivery of all training.

The collection and processing of all training records along with all administration relating to training is to be assessed and blended into roles, enhancing the overall team performance, and ensuring our compliance with ISO policies

Managing a risk-based auditing process to ensure the safety and compliance of the MDS Data Collection work force, utilising both desk top audits and field based audits. This team will work remotely and require succinct engagement and key links to the field teams in their areas. Building relationships and promoting best practice throughout the auditing process.

Rewards and Awards for the compliance-based performance in the field is to be delivered whilst working in conjunction with senior management across Operations.
