**Head of Digital Marketing**

We require a Head of Digital Marketing Manager to join our organization to take ownership of the creation and execution of the digital marketing strategy across organic and paid channels.

As Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for the day to day running and management of accounts, analysing and drawing insight from third party analytics data, and implementing innovative management techniques to maximise campaign performance.Specifically, responsible for assisting in significant results and delivering best practice management techniques across the brand portfolio.

This role will be looking to scale all biddable channels effectively, leveraging data to understand funnel performance and optimise conversion rates, player value as well as payback periods in line with business objectives.

You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast paced, gaming studio, within a team of creative, energetic and enthusiastic people who want to challenge the establishment and build the best gaming platform out there. You will be involved with helping the business tooptimise our approach and maximise the return on investment.

**Responsibilities**

You will focus on 5 main responsibility areas, namely

**1. Campaign Strategy**
- Drive customer acquisition campaigns across PPC and related services (e.g. Display Media, Mobile, Biddable Social and YouTube)
- Working with several brands including technical campaign implementation, management, optimisation, and reporting
- To devise, implement and run innovative campaigns across your client accounts in line with the company’s goals and objectives
- To manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target and campaigns are repaying on a timely manner
- Maximise player value
- A comprehensive understanding of online advertising campaigns, ad-serving technologies, tools, and tracking infrastructure
- A good understanding of regulated markets such as UK, Ontario.
- An in depth knowledge of apps, app software tracking platforms

**2. KPI’s and reports**
- To measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your assigned company accounts.
- To achieve increases across these campaigns in traffic and conversions and to ensure delivery against all other key performance indicators

- To create strategy and detailed plans/budgets to ensure that the team are delivering the best ROI possible to the company.

**3. Company focus**
- To regularly attend and actively take part in meetings
- To work effectively and build strong relationships with the Data science and design/development department within the company
- Driving account performance and innovation across of the company.

**4. Analytical and technical**
- To optimise company’s accounts for maximum performance using a variety of PPC/display practices
- Work closely with Data Science and make informed decisions
- A comprehensive understanding of online advertising campaigns, ad-serving technologies, tools, and tracking infrastructure
- Testing new technology platforms to ensure that the Brands remains in the forefront of digital marketing campaigns

**5. Best practice andorganization**
- To freely share knowledge, insight, best practice, tactics, and ideas
- To ensure your knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date and relevant

**Skills Required**:

- Experience managing large-scale, complex, results-driven accounts with significant budgets, within the gaming industry
- Experience with managing a team or building up a team.
- Experienced in managing budgets
- Literate with the ability to produce top quality written reports
- Working knowledge of 3rd party bid management and reporting suites across search, social and specialist reporting suites is beneficial.
- Robust numerical and data analysis skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations
- Sourcing and maintaining third party relationships with Key suppliers of biddable media services (namely Google, Facebook, Microsoft, 3rd party service providers).
- An understanding of HTML, CSS and web standards and their potential impact on PPC performance
- PPC literate
- PPC certified
- Confident using suite of reports
- BI, Bespoke repayment predictive model
- A good understanding of DSP’s and auction bidding platforms
