Digital Content Executive

About the role

You will be expected to work closely with the Head of Digital, Digital Content Manager, as well as with other members of the Communications and Marketing directorate to ensure an integrated campaigns-focussed approach. You will be expected to show creativityin engaging with their specific audiences and serving content that meets their needs and expectations.

You will generate content that drives up engagement and audience numbers, identifying opportunities to share content from other channels and managing issues/criticism levelled at the organisation.

About you

You will be educated to Degree level or equivalent through relevant training and/or experience and evidence of continued professional development. You will have a good understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to translate theory intopractice which drives business performance alongside a strong awareness of the latest digital marketing trends.

You must be able to work with a degree of autonomy, managing your own workload and keeping key stakeholders up to date as needed. Through close working relationships and wider knowledge of the business, you will influence the approach of other linked teamseg: homes occupancy, sales, operations.

You will have excellent writing and proof-reading, strong skills in persuasion, a strong commitment to, and understanding of, confidentiality and the ability to engage and influence both colleagues and customers.
