About ripple⁺

ripple⁺ is one of the UK's leading and fastest-growing wellness brands. We operate across two key categories:

• ripple⁺ inhalables:
A revolutionary approach to nicotine-free inhalation. Our mission is simple: help people step away from nicotine and move toward healthier habits through plant-powered alternatives.

• ripple⁺ home:
A modern home fragrance solution, including incense, reed diffusers, and upcoming scent innovations that transform spaces with clean, high-quality aromas.

ripple⁺ Brand DNA:

• Purpose: Be here because you want to be—we are a passionate long-term-focused team.

• Growth Mindset: Embrace continuous learning, resilience, and adaptability to thrive.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, analytical, and creative Performance Marketing Manager to scale paid performance across all digital channels for ripple⁺ and ripple⁺ home. You'll work closely with the Head of Performance & Digital and Co-founders to profitably grow our customer base through structured testing, smart creative strategy, and tight campaign execution.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where ideas, execution, and ownership are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest, with a strong focus on profitable customer acquisition.
  • Manage MER reporting to scale spend efficiently while maintaining performance KPIs.
  • Support management of the overall paid media budget, ensuring alignment with business targets and Head of Performance oversight.
  • Develop creative briefs, test hypotheses, and lead ad creative testing (messaging, copy, and visual assets).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to continuously refine ad storytelling and positioning.

Performance & Conversion Optimisation

  • Own testing and optimisation of landing pages to improve conversion rates (CVR) across funnels.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify key learnings, and execute rapid iteration cycles.
  • Manage and track acquisition metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and blended MER.
  • Report on performance insights using Google Sheets, Motion, and in-platform dashboards.

Cross-Channel Growth

  • Contribute to ripple⁺'s multi-brand growth strategy across both inhalables and home fragrance lines.
  • Experiment with emerging channels and audiences to identify new scalable growth opportunities.
  • Support execution and optimisation of Amazon Ads as part of the broader acquisition mix.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth D2C business or agency managing performance campaigns.
  • Proven ability to profitably scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Experience running and interpreting creative A/B tests and translating insights into performance gains.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working in spreadsheets, dashboards, and ad platforms.
  • Understanding of Shopify and best practices to improve conversion rates.
  • Structured, proactive, and results-driven, with a bias toward execution and accountability.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented; thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
