We are searching for an Administrator to support our Transport division. The Administrator will provide both clerical and administrative support to the operational team including the coordination and implementation of office procedures. **As Administrator you will be responsible for**:
- Completing daily and weekly KPI's for our client within the deadlines set (Intermediate excel required).
- Assisting with weekly Roster completion.
- Management of internal training matrix for over 400 employees.
- Processing of employee data including annual / sick leave.
- Raising purchase orders and assisting with internal invoices.
- Maintaining other internal documents and reports.
- Provide general admin support to key members of staff within Transport.
- Assist with the preparation of new business documents, including printing and keeping client files updated with relevant documents.
- To take ownership of the office, ensuring it is kept, clean, tidy and overall compliance is maintained as required by the client.
**As Administrator you will have the following expertise and attributes**:
- Computer literate with proficient use of all Microsoft office package and databases, intermediate Excel would be an advantage.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships.
- Good level of numeracy and excellent levels of grammar.
- Excellent presentation skills for all correspondence.
- Effective and efficient time management of self and duties.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and methodical approach to work.
- An effective communicator
- Ability to record information accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to research, collate and evaluate information on-going.
- Working within a quiet office (occasional lone working) with the ability to manage own workload and work under pressure.
