Primech works in the Mechanical and Electrical sector carrying out complete M&E project management, including; design, engineering, installation, coordination of services, detailed programming, quantity surveying and ongoing maintenance. We have a highly qualified and experienced team for all aspects of delivery.
Our Team have been successfully assisting with the delivery of all of our M&E Projects for a number of years and we have a really great team, which is growing rapidly. Our newly built offices in Rochester, operate an open-plan working environment alongside a paperless infrastructure. **Brief Job Description**:
As a rapidly growing Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, we are currently offering an opportunity to join our team as an Administrator.
You should be professional, polite, with great attention to detail. Always be prepared, responsive and willing to meet each challenge directly. You will need to be confident with computers, in particular Excel & general office tasks.
This is a very fast-paced environment so it is essential you should be self-motivated, a problem solver, adaptable, and a willingness to learn new skills & take on challenges, working on your own or as part of a team.

**Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Administration support to the PFM/PFO & PSW Teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned client, handling all queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to the client, including documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
- Maintaining the document trackers (mostly using Excel).
- Good communication skills are required for interaction directly with the client and Primech team.
- Liaising with the client to ensure works are scheduled and completed.
- Monitor service agreements and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Invoicing of works including callouts, small works & remedial’s.
- Managing quotations and sending materials out to suppliers to be quoted.
- Purchasing any materials required for works.
- Run and manage reports from previous works ensuring all documentation is saved correctly and submitted to clients.
- Issuing RAMS & Method Statements where required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments as required.
- Prepare and distribute client-related reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Following Internal Primech processes to ensure all works run smoothly.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving.
