Based at our offices in Dereham, offering a professional and friendly workplace**, **we currently have an exciting opportunity within our online Car Rental Contact Centre for Customer Support Advisors to join our existing team. You will be looking after our customers before and during their rental period, assisting with a wide variety of enquiries relating to their hire and advising on insurance options.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a proven track record for providing outstanding customer service with a passion for being helpful, positive and proactive. You will have a strong background in Customer Service, ideally from a Contact Centre environment, although this is not essential.

You must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will be focused on delivering the best possible customer experience, ensuring that we uphold our prestigious Platinum Feefo status in customer feedback and our Which? recommended best car hire broker status now for the 9th year running.

**Role responsibilities**
- Placing new bookings, dealing with amendments and cancellations
- Providing advise on ancillary products such as additional insurance and cancellation protection.
- Building a strong rapport with customers
- Providing first class support to customers before, during and after the car rental period
- Demonstrating to customers the added value and benefits of booking car hire with Zest
- Resolving any customer issues during and after the car rental period
- Going the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations at every point of contact

**Person requirements**
- A strong background in Customer Service ideally with contact centre experience
- Customer focused with a positive attitude and a passion for providing service excellence
- A confident, friendly and polite telephone manner
- Ability to empathise with all types of customer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superb time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Teamwork and flexibility
- The ability to learn quickly

This position is 40 hours per week, with shifts to be worked within 08:00 am -19:00 pm Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 17:00 pm on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, and 10:00 am - 16:00 pm on Sundays.

We will consider part time to fit in with current shift patterns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
