**Recycling Advisor - Dereham**

Norse Environmental Waste Services (NEWS) are the waste and refuse management function for Norse Group, providing a full collection service across the local region.

As we continue to deliver our frontline waste and recycling services across East Anglia, we are looking to recruit a Recycling Advisor for our centre in Dereham.

In this role you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is a public facing role where you will be engaging with members of the public whilst delivering services where you will be helping advise on disposure of waste and ensuring the site is always safe and tidy.

Whilst previous experience in a similar waste collection or disposal role would be ideal, we are happy to offer full training to the right person, as long as you can demonstrate;
- Able to follow instructions and communicate at all levels
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Have knowledge of waste recycling
- Have experience dealing with the general public

This position is being offered on a part time, permanent contract working 26.25 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 4 on 4 off.
