As Warehouse Supervisors, you will be responsible for the day to day management and supervision within the Samsung contract to ensure the customers expectations and SLA’s are met The salary being offered is between 26-29k (DOE) with an Ecom shift allowance of £950 per annum. You will follow a 4 on 4 off, 1pm to 11pm over 7 days shift pattern.

Main Responsibilities
- Work planning to ensure sufficient resource is available to complete the day to day volume across all operations.
- Safely manage and handle inbound stock through all inbound processes, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to
- Ensure and supervise that all goods are handled in the correct manner to ensure that damage is kept to a minimum and manual handling techniques are followed to prevent injury and harm
- Carry out any other reasonable requests to support the effective running of the warehouse
- Carry out daily team briefs
- Providing effective leadership within health & safety and promoting only the highest standards
- Focus on the implementation, continuous monitoring and development of 5S, Y.E.S and Kaizen
- Ensuring that the teams' skills are actively enhanced at every opportunity, such as further training and development
- Daily management such as Return to work, holiday management, absence, performance and standards of behaviour taking due consideration of company values.
- Ensure all team members are aware of key outcomes, business processes, expectations and that all associated employee procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure any concerns, issues or variances to instructions are immediately communicated to the Ecom Operations Manager to allow appropriate action to be taken at the earliest opportunity.

Main skills/ experience
- You will have prior experience working in a leadership role within an E-commerce environment
- Experience of previously supervising a variety of warehouse operations is essential, preferably multi contract experience and managing high quantities of employees
- Flexibility to work shifts & to attend call outs where required
- System knowledge of OPUS, PLUTO, ZEUS. SAP, GRMS would be an advantage but not essential
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Proven examples of exceeding KPI targets and motivating a team
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Driven to achieve targets daily
