We are seeking a Warehouse FLT Supervisor to join our team at our Irthlingborough site.

This is a full-time role working the Night Shift 21.00 - 07.00 (45 hours per week)

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Supervising the night shift warehouse team and the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment.
- Supervise and control the freight coming in and the loading of night trunks to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage
- Working effectively with the warehouse staff to ensure the correct, safe, and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide effective supervision ensuring all staff are properly trained and fully aware of their responsibilities within the warehouse process.

Reporting to the Night Operations Manager the successful applicant will receive the necessary support required to guide, motivate, and manage team members, while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve warehouse operations

Applicants must hold a current Counterbalance forklift licence and demonstrate a hands-on approach, leading the team by example while demonstrating the flexible ‘can do’ attitude required to succeed in this role.

**The Freightroute Group require all applicants to be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions. We do not offer sponsorship/work visas. You will be required to provide proof of Right to Work at interview stage.**

Pay: £33,000.00-£34,650.00 per year
