**Warehouse Operations Supervisor, Wellingborough, NN8 4FU - Monday to Friday, 13:00-22:00, up to £30,000 per annum**

Due to increased workflow within our Branch in Wellingborough, we have an exciting opportunity for a confident experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our leadership team.

As part of the OVOL Japan Pulp & Paper Group, Premier Paper is part of the world’s leading specialist paper trading company and supports many local charities including being a corporate partner of the Woodland Trust, UK’s leading woodland conservation charity.

As the Warehouse Operations Supervisor at our Wellingborough branch; you will be responsible for supervising the operational function within a busy warehouse environment. Experience of successfully leading, motivating and developing a medium sized team is essential to ensure that you can hit the ground running.

To be considered for this role, in addition to invaluable experience, you will require valid reach and counterbalance licences. Renewal of these licences will be provided by our in-house trainer.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Valid reach / counterbalance licences
- Experience of successfully leading and motivating a team within an operational environment
- Experience of using warehouse management systems
- Ability to work on your own initiative and make pro-active decisions
- A hands-on approach to all activities including picking and loading of trailers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
