An opportunity has become available for an Export Operations to join the team based in Felixstowe. You will be working within a friendly team with lots of opportunities to progress, all we ask is that you have a great personality, enthusiastic and keen to develop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring safe and effective Customs Clearance as cover for Export Operations.
- Accurate production of all export documentation e.g. House B/l’s, Master B/L instructions, EUR1’s, ATR’s, CofE’s, Pre-Alerts, Notices of Arrivals, AMS / AFR, DGN’s/ T2L’s.
- Assisting the operations team to raise bookings for all customers including haulage, VGM, sending booking confirmations to customers and booking on containers
- Assisting the operations team for passing of supplier and sales invoices
- Cover forecasting
- Arranging bookings for X-Trade customers
- Adhoc NES declarations
- Schedules and shipment tracking
