Key Responsibilities: Control, plan and monitor the export load Deliver quality service to the customer and cost-effective utilisation of the approved depot port and terminal vendors through effective communication, co-ordination and management. Provide weekly overdue list of asset type status reports to functionally accountable department for their action and follow up of any inventory integrity issues. To be effective in the follow up of any root cause creating service issues with customer or queries within terminal control.
