Block Manager - £45-55K p/a + additional benefits ** MON - FRI**

We are keen to find a hard-working Block Manager for our client. Our client is a specialist in block management and other estate agency and due to continued growth in their portfolio they are looking for a Block Manager to join the team. The Block Managermust have 3 years experience of managing blocks. You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills. IRPM 1 qualification is essential for this role. The employer supports CPD.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of each property, which includes but not limited to maintenance coordination, Section 20’s, insurance claims, leases, inspections, AGM’s and meetings with Management Committeemembers.

You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills.

Block Manager:

- Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
- Knowledge of Qube software an advantage
- Visiting sites and ensuring contractors attend to works
- Preparing and issuing service charge budgets
- Managing a portfolio of estates
- Completing Section 20 Notice
- Dealing with the day to day running of the estates
- Liaising with contractors and surveyors as required
- Attending AGMs and budget meetings
- Ensuring that estates comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations
- IRPM 1 is esstential
