**Objective of the function**

Ensure that communications with customers are clear, effective, and that records are maintained. Provide quality customer care, building good working relationships with both customers and internal departments.

**Responsibilities/Duties**
- Ensure communication is clear, effective, and proactive.
- Handle customer inquiries and where needed reroute to relevant departments or GPS system.
- Build good working relationships with customers, ensuring the best possible service is given at all times.
- Obtain future processing requirement forecasts to ensure future customer needs are met.
- Commercial invoicing for international customers as part of import / export process.
- Ensure the filing system for process history records is maintained.
- Assist in the organization of company events and promotional activities.
- Handle customer Complaint processes from logging to closure.
- Handle mass customer communications such as price increases or change notices in line with customer contracted requirements for notice periods.
- Obtain and log FDA registration details from customers as directed by the FDA registration department within Sterigenics.
- Keep records of customer commentary (Good, Bad or Neutral) in the Customer Master Files.
- Lead and/or participate in CAPA and PA investigations.
- Be involved in internal, customer, and regulatory audits as required to represent Customer Services activities.
- Raise purchase orders as relevant to Customer Services, office administration, or other areas at management request.
- Participate in new customer E1 setup and data collection.
- Review Process History Records for accuracy, good documentation practice, and completeness.
- Where relevant generate, review, and approve Customer Specification Change Requests and file complete CSCRs in Customer Service Master Files.
- Handle customer special requests and liaise with other departments i.e. Quality and Production to ensure requests are possible and then carried out.
- Act as backup for invoicing process.
- General office administration activities.
- Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by facility management.

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge/Education and Training**:

- Excellent literary and numeracy skills.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service/customer-focused role.
- Experience in multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines and under pressure.

**Skills**:

**Special Requirements**:
