Customer Services Administrator

Crown Products is a well established business involved in supplying high quality branded merchandise to many of the UK's most prestigious companies.
We are searching for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Services Administrator to join the Company’s small internal sales team on a permanent basis at our offices on the Sheepbridge Trading Estate.
**To be considered for the role you’ll require the following essential qualities**:
- Previous experience within a busy sales administration environment.
- Enjoy maintaining and developing relationships with an established network of customers.
- IT literate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
The main focus of the role will be providing quotations and processing orders for our network of UK trade distributors. Providing advise with regard to reproducing designs onto the Company’s range of products, while liaising with our Artwork Studio and Operations Manager with regard to technical details and delivery times.
**Non essential, but very useful qualities**:
- An interest in any aspect of design - We operate in a creative industry
- An understanding of printing processes.
- Tidy and well organised.
